Position Summary
Hamilton Creek Partners, LLC is a Nashville, TN based commercial real estate investment, development and management firm. For the past decade, we have focused primarily on business distribution warehouses in Middle TN and surrounding states. We are on track to more than double our existing portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet over the next five years and we are searching for a talented, experienced Asset Manager to help support that growth.
The Asset Manager will work closely with our COO and Property Management team to enhance property value through leasing, tenant and capital improvements, budgeting, and special projects. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in real estate and financial management. The job requires the ability to work effectively with real estate brokers, contractors and other consultants to maintain the highest levels of property condition and performance.
Essential Job Functions
· Portfolio lease administration of 65+ leases
· Review and analyze property monthly financials for 20+ entities
· Develop annual property operating and capital expenditure budgets
· Oversee annual CAM reconciliations
· Manage tenant improvement projects
· Oversee accounts receivable across the portfolio
· Manage relationships with third party real estate brokers
Education and Experience
· 3+ years in a similar position
· Bachelor’s degree
