Governance and Business Operations team is dedicated to ensuring the effective and efficient deployment of technology and governance solutions to support REWS' strategic objectives.
Overall Responsibilities:
The Business Integration Program Manager will support REWS Tech & Governance’s program, balancing internal communications projects with cross-functional program management responsibilities. By ushering complex, multi-disciplinary programs through their entire lifecycle - managing timelines, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals and impact to stakeholders, this role requires the ability to think strategically and develop wide ranging key processes, procedures and communications that facilitate planning and execution. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination across levels, excellent communication skills, creating compelling presentations and comprehensive business review material. They will deliver strategy documents, program plans, timelines and internal, stakeholder & executive communications for the Technology Governance & Business Operations team.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
· 5 years of relevant experience in program management, strategic planning, project management or related functions
· 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
