Guide and support clients in establishing and building their business credit. Analyze and accurately input data crucial to the development of a strong credit profile. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal team members across various channels. Provide business startup consultations focused on business credit to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and client interactions. Deliver outstanding customer service while advising clients on strategies to grow their businesses. Conduct outbound and inbound consultative calls, engaging with clients for approximately six hours per day. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues as they arise. Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts professionally and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. A positive and customer-focused mindset with a natural drive to help others. Results-driven and self-motivated to meet productivity and quality expectations consistently. Reliable attendance, available onsite Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
