This position will provide administrative support for two Film Executives at Apple TV+. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly demeanor and determined work ethic. We need someone exceptionally well-organized and able to effectively multitask and prioritize, take initiative, and budget time for special projects.
Description
Ability to run cross-functional calendars with heavy calendaring, while supporting the overall teams Time management proficiency for two executives with different disciplines and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines Coordinate meetings via live, videoconference, and conference calls Coordinate technical requirements for theatrical exhibition/film festivals, including DCP/KDMs Consistent interaction with top Executives within Apple Inc. and external third parties, including Executive Admins Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information Ability to excel and diplomatically engage with complex and different personalities Proficiency with expense reports Efficient in Apple programs, especially iCal, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, along with additional knowledge of Excel Contribute a fun and creative approach to team activities and morale
Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience assisting an entertainment executive with excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.

High reading comprehension, experience reviewing creative material, and completing script coverage

Consistent record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make decisions quickly and under pressure

Experience calendaring for busy executives

Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and react efficiently and calmly in the face of changes

Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor, knowing when to delegate issues upward

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $33.94 and $51.15/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
