Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring that HR policies and practices are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure high-quality HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently to the clients.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure that HR programs and services meet the needs of the business.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, to ensure the organization attracts and retains the best talent.
- Develop and manage benefits programs that are competitive, equitable
- Develop and implement training and development programs that enhance employee and leadership skills and knowledge, support career development, and foster a culture of learning and growth.
- Ensure the teams are in compliance with all the statutory and legal compliance with the Client requirements. is in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Lead and manage HR initiatives that drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop high- performing teams.
- Strong Employee Relations experience of complex disciplinary, grievance and performance management activities especially with employees at all levels
- Motivate team members through effective monitoring, coaching, counselling and providing a positive working environment
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations, and HR technology.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that support the business strategy and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative, marketing, or process management roles.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
