Lease Coordinator
Are you an organized person who has a critical eye for details and thrive in a team environment?
We are looking for a highly motivated Coordinator to support our Lease Management team.
Responsibilities for this role will vary from day to day but will include:
- processing incoming mail from vendors and landlords on behalf of our clients;
- create, review and respond to various sales report requests;
- distribution of information to team members as appropriate;
- review statements, invoices and notifications from shopping center ownership which may include address/ vendor changes;
- help to maintain construction trackers for new store openings.
This position will work on a variety of special projects throughout the year and will have an opportunity to develop skills that can lead to other roles within our lease management team.
Qualifications:
- At lease two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator supporting multiple tasks.
- Must show the ability to demonstrate a courteous, tactful, and professional approach within the work environment.
- The ability to effectively communicate at all levels is important for this role.
- Experience in Microsoft Office is a plus.
