Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Capital Raising Associate to join our growing team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work directly with our executive leadership and gain firsthand experience in raising capital from high-net-worth accredited investors. Associates will be involved in all aspects of the investment process—from initial investor outreach and analysis to relationship building, onboarding, and portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and build relationships with accredited investors to raise capital for IMH’s real estate investment offerings.
Assist in the investor due diligence process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Conduct financial and market analysis to support investor decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to execute capital-raising strategies.
Maintain meticulous records of investor interactions.
