General Laborer/Technician’s Assistant at our Traverse City location.
This role is more than just labor — it’s a stepping stone into a marine tech career. You’ll:
- Assist with launching, hauling, and moving boats
- Support experienced technicians with repairs and maintenance
- Operate yard equipment like tractors and trucks
- Keep things clean, organized, and moving smoothly
- Deliver boats safely and support our detailing and painting teams
- Be part of a high-energy, high-skill crew who love what they do
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical curiosity and love for boats
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Clean driving record
- A positive attitude and readiness to learn every day
- Physically fit, team-minded, and detail-oriented
