Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kimberly, ID for a General Laborer at Soranco Bean Products Inc. The General Laborer will be responsible for various tasks, including assisting with the production process, handling and sorting beans, operating machinery, maintaining cleanliness, and performing quality control checks. Responsibilities also include packaging products, loading and unloading materials, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating machinery and handling production equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in manufacturing or agriculture is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
