Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Chelmsford, MA, with some work from home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing client relationships, showing properties, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process. Daily tasks include listing properties, conducting market analysis, and attending meetings and training sessions. The agent will also participate in networking activities to expand their client base.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using real estate software and technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
