The Role:
The Real Estate and Membership Sales Director is primarily responsible for all real estate sales activities and SRSC Membership development at SRSC. These responsibilities include property site tours, solicitation efforts, and all related sales activities for our exclusive Luxury Home community.
Please note: This role will be based in the Jackson Hole, WY market; they must hold an active WY Broker's Real Estate License.
Some of their Responsibilities will be:
- Maintain the Real Estate website and manage any member brokers who would participate in the “SRSC Approved Agent Program”. This would include managing all schedules for desk-time and keying in all leads generated by Approved Agents.
- Primary lead for tours of property related to member group events and secondary support for tours for national group events when the hotel manager and GM or national sales team is not available.
- Introducing, signing up and selling homeowners in the property management and/or caretaking program.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in private Luxury Home community a plus
- Experience selling Real Estate within the Jackson Hole, WY market
- Must have a Wyoming Broker's License
