We are hiring a full-time
Regional Property Manager to lead occupancy and operational performance across our apartment portfolio in the Greater Puget Sound region. This role is responsible for ensuring each property meets or exceeds key benchmarks in leasing, financial results, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
You will directly supervise a diverse portfolio and provide hands-on leadership to drive results. We’re looking for a proactive, high-performing leader who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize occupancy and rental performance through strategic leasing oversight, marketing execution, and team coaching
- Improve day-to-day operations with a focus on KPI tracking, expense control, and resident experience
- Lead, develop, and hold Community Managers accountable for leasing performance, rent collection, and service standards
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational consistency and uphold brand and asset standards
- Travel regularly throughout the Greater Puget Sound region: Olympia, Bremerton, Everett, Seattle, and surrounding areas
- Respond quickly and independently to evolving operational challenges with a solutions-oriented approach
- Manage property budgets and P&Ls; identify and implement strategies to improve NOI
- Oversee capital projects, maintenance planning, and timely unit turns

- Must be located within the Greater Puget Sound region and able/willing to travel regularly to Olympia, Bremerton, Everett, Seattle, and nearby markets
- Minimum of 5 direct reports previously managed, with a proven track record of results
- Demonstrated success improving occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Excellent independent judgment and adaptability in ambiguous or fast-changing situations
- Proficient in Google Business Suite, AppFolio, and other cloud-based property management platforms
- Experience with budgeting, P&L management, and operational reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Property management and multi-site experience required
