Job Description
The Director of Strategic Talent Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, project management, and strategic execution across the Global Talent team. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Talent, this role partners closely to support the execution of enterprise-wide talent initiatives and strategic priorities and identify and drive operational efficiency within our talent acquisition sub function. This individual will also oversee business critical compliance, talent data, reporting, and the optimization of the Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) systems.
JOB DUTIES:
Strategic Project Leadership & Operational Support
- Oversee and manage strategic projects across the Global Talent team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leadership priorities.
- Track milestones, manage timelines, and drive accountability for the successful execution of high-impact initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Global Talent in driving the operational rhythm and strategic priorities of the team.
- Provide insights, operational recommendations, and problem-solving support to leadership and stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the talent acquisition and broader talent functions.
- Optimize end-to-end recruiting processes, focusing on operational efficiency and the experience of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Leverage Oracle HCM and i.e. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ATS) to enhance technology workflows and maximize effectiveness.
Metrics, Reporting & Compliance
- Define and track key talent KPIs and operational metrics to measure success and impact.
- Develop executive-level reporting and presentation materials for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment process documentation, audits (Ex. OFCCP), and legal requirements across global markets.
Vendor Management & Technology Optimization
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent technology vendors.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and evaluate solutions to drive cost-effectiveness and value.
- Own the operational strategy and maintenance of talent acquisition systems, tools, and resources.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams globally to ensure seamless operational support.
- Maintain and own enterprise-wide talent acquisition documentation, resources, processes, and compliance protocols.
- Support talent acquisition operational leads and professionals, acting as a key operational and strategic point of contact.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 12+ years of experience in HR/Talent operations, project management, or talent acquisition with a global enterprise.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success in program management and operational leadership.
- 5+ years of expertise in enterprise project management, including experience leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience managing external vendors and contracts.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Smart Sheets, and reporting tools or other related reporting and project management tools.

Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $168109.15 to $250800.0 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (RBP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 15% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.
