Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who knows how to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You'll lead a small but mighty team, manage high-volume hiring efforts, and partner closely with leadership to ensure the right talent lands in the right roles.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiting professionals to deliver results across a wide range of roles
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from strategy to offer, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring and specialized roles
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent — think beyond job boards
- Monitor recruiting metrics and report progress to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance, process efficiency, and best-in-class candidate experiences
- Manage relationships with external vendors, schools, and community partners
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing recruiting initiatives, preferably in a mid-size or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing recruitment teams
- Proven success in high-volume hiring and recruiting for diverse role types
- Strong organizational skills — you're calm in the chaos and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- A collaborative style with the ability to influence, lead change, and build trust across all levels
- Bonus points if you're bilingual in Vietnamese, Spanish, or French
