We are looking for an Accounting Assistant and Executive Officer's Assistant. This will involve assisting the accounting dept, maintaing files, maintaining spreadsheets, light office admin duty, light HR practices. Executive assistant duties are listed and not limited to wrting emails, answering calls, making memorandums, taking minutes, coordinating travels, delivering opeartion related orders, running errands, and as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients and vendors.
- Keep track of company accounting AP/AR related tasks in timely manner.
- Maintain files and spreadsheets in accounting dept.
- Facilitate accounting related communication between company branch offices.
- Maintain payroll time keeping, enter expenses, enter Per-Diem, and mailing & shipping.
- Assists whenever asked duties/orders from the Executive Officer with coordinating travels, delivering messages, running errands, etc.
- Other duties on assignment
Qualifications / Skills:
- College degree in Finance or accounting.
- 3~4 years of accounting/admin experience.
- MUST speak/write Engilsh and Korean and use Korean key board.
- Proficient MS Excel skill.
- Should be a great communicator.
- Must be a professional person who understands definition of the confidentiality and good work ethic.
- Work well under pressure.
- Well groomed and presentable. Casual Office Look.
