The Sales Assistant role is based in our New York Office and will provide administrative support for the global Wholesale team.
The candidate for this role is a dynamic, autonomous person who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and managing an evolving timeline of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom & Sample Management:
• Maintain and organize sample sets and core collection archives
• Work closely with Press team to plan and prepare for arrival of new sample collections
• Oversee sample requests from wholesale clients for marketing and e-commerce shoots, processing all sample reservations and returns
• Assist with hiring and managing interns
Sales Order Maintenance & Assistance:
• Entering seasonal orders and making revisions pertaining to cancellations, pricing, style details
• Support with stock movement pertaining to RTVs, reorders, customer repairs, etc.
• Manage and action general customer requests regarding online copy, pricing inquiries, and style descriptions
• Sharing order confirmations and working with Wholesale Coordinator to track and action any feedback or revisions
Product Knowledge Packets and Marketing Asset Management:
• Create and share product knowledge packets and online styling guides with wholesale accounts and store teams
• Work with Marketing team to provide look books and seasonal press assets to clients
• Organize and manage internal cloud storage platform to ensure all sales-related material is organized, up to date, and accessible both internally and externally
Digital Linesheet Maintenance and Management:
• Responsible for building seasonal linesheets and buy layouts
• Oversee communication between Sales team and studio partners on seasonal collection shoots
• Support Wholesale Coordinator with JOOR platform maintenance; data and image upload, style revisions, and general platform organization
Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an internship or similar role
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Strong Excel skills (knowledge of advanced formulas is a plus)
• Proficiency with JOOR is a plus, but not required
