Responsibilities

Experience
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in risk analysis, portfolio management, or quantitative research within the real estate sector is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with underwriting principles and loan origination processes is a plus.
