We're hiring a VIP Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll:
- Act as a liaison with all other Casino departments.
- Make responsible decisions pertaining to comping.
- Interact with the Hotel for comping of rooms and meals.
- Resolve guest disputes regarding comping of hotel rooms, etc.
- Resolves guest disputes with all other departments.
- Attend in-house and outside venue events.
- Establish and maintain a customer base.
- Enroll new players and reactivate archived players.
- Interact with all guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional and outgoing personality.
- Sound knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Must be flexible with scheduling including shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong customer service skills.
