LiveNjoy Residential, a dynamic and thriving real estate company, is seeking a driven and organized Property Manager to join our team. The property is located in the North Fort Worth area, Keller ISD and 200 Units. We are looking for someone that has experience on properties around 200+ units. Also, the ideal candidate will be passionate about the residential real estate industry and have a proven track record of managing properties effectively. As a Property Manager with LiveNjoy Residential, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, effectively communicating with residents, handling maintenance requests, managing budgets, and ensuring that the properties are performing well.
This property manager role is designed to be part of a centralized resident experience. That means, the on-site property manager will be responsible for the Leasing, Work Orders, Make Ready and other resident experiences and on-site work, while the delinquency and renewals will happen out of a separate central location. The goal of this is to have someone specialize in an area that can only be handled on-site while the back office activities can be handled remotely.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage and perform leasing activity - follow up on leads and approve application outstanding
- Actively manage customer satisfaction, respond to resident feedback, and ensure work order responsiveness to improve tenant retention rate
- Manage the make ready schedule and supervise the progress to ensure timely move ins
- Oversee, manage and perform all move out reconciliations and provide residents with a final account statement
- Ability to strategize, work hard and meet monthly budgets and goals for the property
- Respond to all tenant inquiries and resolve any conflicts that arise in an efficient and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with city, staff, owners, lenders, insurance or any other routine visits and inspections
- Walk the property daily and conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and comply with safety regulations
- Help Centralized Office with Renewals and Delinquency (if needed)
- Perform other duties assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required / College Degree preferred
- 4+ years' experience as a Community Manager at a Multifamily property
- Must have knowledge of leasing, renewal, collecting the rent, property management and maintenance staff handling
- Experience with ResMan (Preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with residents and team members
- Customer service experience
- Ability to remain organized, professional, and respectful in challenging situations
