Our services client in Evansville is looking to hire an Administration Manager for a small although growing team. Someone who likes to wear lots of hats and is a strong leader would be the best fit. This is a full-time, on-site and long-term position. Hours are 8am-4:30pm M-F.
Summary & Focus Areas:
- Key focus on leadership, employee development, process adaptation, and coordination with other location managers and directors.
- Serve as a central information source for HMIS, event processing, customer and personnel data.
- Collaborate closely with sales and other teams to ensure high-quality service to clients.
- Responsible for the accurate collection and submission of Human Resources information, ensuring proper compensation for staff.
Essential Duties & Competencies:
- Complete training and comply with industry and company standards, including State and Federal regulations.
- Input orders and process payments; vendor management.
- Manage order process and delegate tasks to administrative employees appropriately.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and ethical standards, with a focus on collaboration and learning new technologies.
- Processing payroll and managing AP/AR
- Directly supervise one employee and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Must have:
5+ years of Office management or Administrative Management experience
Proficient in MS Suite and ability to learn a new CRM specific to their industry
Detail oriented, focused and team player; ability to be firm while being kind
Ability to work independently, asking questions when needed
Salary: $60K-$65K plus holiday bonus, and full benefits, generous PTO
