Field Laborer $18-$30/hr
Job Requirements:
-Must have reliable transportation.
-All field laborers are required to utilize safety equipment including fall arrest systems, respirators, and general PPE.
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Familiarity with small hand tools (grinders and chipping hammers)
-Being open to elevated work is a plus.
-Must be willing to take direction well and be open to learning new skills.
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
No experience required.
Foreman $25-$38/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
· Foreman will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site, safety, productivity, schedule, quality of work.
· Train employees on job specific tasks.
· Maintain a daily log.
· Coordinate all construction project activities and services across the construction team in conjunction with the Project Manager.
· Oversee a strict schedule, ensuring milestones are reached and deadlines are met.
· Perform a quality check walkthrough and aftercare instructions with the client after a project is complete.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Critical thinker and problem-solving.
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
Min 5 years of experience of actively running job sites.
