Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Lennar, you’ll play a vital role in supporting recruitment operations across the entire TA landscape, helping to drive efficiency, process improvement, and a seamless candidate experience. Acting as a key partner to both recruiters and hiring leaders, you’ll contribute to the success of our regional talent strategies through administrative support, communication management, data reporting, and hiring event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Requisition & Offer Management
- Support the requisition and offer process by identifying and correcting errors and conducting audits.
- Distribute requisitions to appropriate recruiters and hiring leaders.
- Run reporting to monitor volume and identify issues within the requisition lifecycle.
Talent Acquisition Mailbox Support
- Manage the TA shared mailbox, ensuring timely responses to candidate inquiries and internal communication.
- Prioritize and organize messages to maintain efficient workflows.
Candidate Status & Pipeline Maintenance
- Assist with updating candidate statuses in the executive recruitment system.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of the executive pipeline.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure timely feedback is provided to candidates.
Hiring Event Support
- Coordinate logistics for hiring events, job fairs, and interviews across the region.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and well-executed events.
Strategic Sourcing Assistance
- Partner with recruiters to support sourcing strategies, including screening candidates as needed.
- Leverage platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking tools to identify top talent.
- Support open positions through targeted sourcing efforts.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the TA team, including document management, reporting, and presentation development.
- Ensure records and processes are accurately maintained.
TA Communications & Reporting
- Own and distribute the monthly TA newsletter.
- Provide weekly executive updates on TA initiatives and progress.
- Share updates with TA leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with ATS and recruiting tools; experience with Workday is a plus.
- Passionate about creating a positive candidate and hiring leader experience.
- Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus.
