Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Miami Beach, FL, with some work from home acceptable. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, finalizing sales, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also involves maintaining a thorough understanding of the real estate market and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Experience with Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Miami Beach, FL real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
