The Administrative Assistant I responsibilities will includeMail Services, Phones, Data Entry and Processing Invoices (heavy) for over 70 contracts. The ideal candidate will prepare administrative tasks in a timely manner, work independently, very informal office setting (construction site), perform an array of administrative tasks and demonstrate critical thinking skills
- A high school diploma or general education test (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience; or Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE: MSOffice, Adobe, and DocuSign.
- KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSING: invoices, Mail Services, answering phones, and Customer Service experience.
- Personable, Team Player, Flexible, Multitask and handles pressure well.
- Detail orient, Organized, Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills a must.
- Valid CA driver license.
- Local Candidates (So Cal)

Pay: $33.05 - $43.52 per hour
