Job Summary:
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for evaluating and making recommendations for lease provision responsibilities of landlord and tenant using standard strategies; performing cost analysis for property values; researching standard and nonstandard property-related problems and recommending solutions (using maps, legal descriptions, lot dimensions, schematics, blueprints, etc.); and following up on nonstandard property inspections to ensure satisfaction of required repairs, maintenance, safety and liability mitigation.

Reviews entitlement findings, financial terms, against budgets while communicating with teams under regular manager review by: ensuring transaction completion against operations on planning, cost, schedule, quality performance, authorized spending, budgeting, and forecasting work; and exercising general application of standard cost savings and cost expenditures related to the real estate transaction.
- Plans and coordinates compliance activities independently by: assisting with document preparation, planning review, monitoring legal agreements, obtaining appropriate approvals, signatures, closing transactions, coordinating recording of documents, and responding to standard and nonstandard questions; and interpreting broad guidelines to assemble data from real estate playbook to assist in local, state, and federal compliance reviews for property transactions.
Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree in a related field AND Minimum three (3) years of experience in corporate real estate property, managing multiple corporate accounts, property acquisition, title searching, legal descriptions, asset management, construction plans, property appraisal, land use and entitlements or directly related field OR Minimum four (4) years of experience in corporate real estate property, managing multiple corporate accounts, property acquisition, title searching, legal descriptions, asset management, construction plans, property appraisal, land use and entitlements or directly related field.
