Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivables.
- Monthly & Quarterly Reconciliations: Conduct monthly financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Supervise AP and AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger by recording and/or adjusting all transactions accurately.
- Cash Flow Management: Perform regular cash flow reviews and make data-driven recommendations.
- Budget Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial budget forecasts with management aligning with company goals to guide business planning.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Tax Compliance: Conduct regular audits of financial documents to ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise financial information to management and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Appfolio) and Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with real estate accounting is a plus.
- Ability to prepare detailed financial report writing.
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
