Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Leasing Professional located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for resident retention, providing exceptional customer service, managing leases, effective communication with tenants, and lease administration.
Qualifications
- Experience in Resident Retention, Customer Service, and Lease Administration
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of leasing processes and lease management
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in property management is a preferred
