We are looking for a Leasing Professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to drive urgency and momentum, and brings a hospitality mindset to every interaction. You’ll play a key role in the successful lease-up of new communities while also supporting stabilized leasing efforts across our portfolio.

What You'll Do -
- Own the lease-up experience from first impression to signed lease—ensuring that every prospect feels welcomed, informed, and excited.
- Consistently drive lead conversion through strategic follow-up, expert storytelling, and confident closing techniques.
- Execute leasing strategies to help new communities achieve aggressive occupancy goals on tight timelines.
- Maintain clear, accurate records of traffic, follow-up, and leasing performance in property management systems (e.g., Yardi, Knock, or similar).
- Stay informed on availability, pricing, floor plans, and promotions to guide prospects toward the right fit.
- Provide occasional support to stabilized communities as needed—ensuring leasing consistency and service excellence across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate lead quality, site traffic, and brand alignment.
- Support the General Manager with move-ins, renewals, and resident events that bring the Bria brand to life.
Who You Are -
- You bring 2+ years of experience in multifamily leasing, with a strong preference for lease-up experience or high-volume leasing environments.
- You are a closer—confident, persuasive, and able to build trust quickly with prospective residents.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented—able to manage a fast-moving pipeline without missing a beat.
- You’re energized by new beginnings, tight timelines, and clear goals—and you know how to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- You care deeply about how people feel—about their space, their experience, and how they’re treated along the way.
- You’re comfortable in a hospitality-first culture, where every interaction is about warmth, empathy, and service.
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow with a brand that’s changing the game.
