My client, a leader in providing Commercial Real Estate services and Business process management services, is seeking a VP/ AVP - Commercial Real Estate Operations & Business Process Management Services (USA) to join their CRE Business team.

This role will play a pivotal role in establishing, expanding, promoting, overseeing, and refining Business Process Management (BPM) services within the USA Commercial Real Estate Services, focusing on the Mortgage/Debt market and potentially expanding to Asset and Property Management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with prospects, clients, senior management, and pertinent stakeholders.
- Identify prospective organizations and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
- Initiate connections with potential clients while nurturing existing relationships, securing further commitments for ongoing projects, and actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct significant business travel during the initial phase to facilitate business development endeavors.

- Identify Service Areas: Conduct market research to identify potential BPM service areas.
- Market Segmentation: Segment potential clients and develop targeted strategies for each segment.
- Client Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their business processes and pain points.
- Value Proposition Development: Develop compelling value propositions highlighting BPM service benefits.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to promote BPM services in target markets.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proposal Development: Prepare high-quality proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales pipeline activities.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards on business development activities and sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with experience in supervising or leading business development teams.
- Successful track record of 10+ years in B2B sales and negotiation, with 5+ years in Commercial Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of loan origination, underwriting, portfolio management, and reporting tools (Argus, Yardi, MRI, SS&C, VTS, Hypoport, LendInvest).
- Knowledge and experience in the BPM industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in developing BD strategies for sustained pipelining initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
