Job Summary
You will work alongside equipment operators and fellow laborers to support our maintenance activities at customer locations. Our primary customers are municipal wastewater treatment facilities across Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota. Travel throughout the region is required, with hotel accommodations, per diem for meals, and mileage reimbursement provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the safe and efficient processing of materials in compliance with company and customer standards.
- Communicate any issues or operational concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Conduct equipment checks at the start of each shift and complete required forms.
- Perform general labor duties, including sweeping, shoveling, pressure washing, and housekeeping tasks.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
What You Bring
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team.
- Basic communication and math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and operate basic computer functions and cellphone.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to complete OSHA and company training, including CPR/First Aid, Confined Space Entry & Rescue, Lockout/Tagout, and Hazard Communication.
- Travel up to 90% of the time, depending on your home location.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (mechanical aptitude preferred).
- Valid drivers license with a safe driving record (no serious infractions in the last 5 years; no DUI/DWI in the last 10 years).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb (up to 80 ft), push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Work occurs in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to noise, moving equipment, high heat, and biosolids.
- May experience vibrations from equipment and vehicles.
