Compensation:
$70,000 - $168,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:-
Showcase expertise in listing and selling residential real estate, guiding clients through the entire process effectively.

Skillfully negotiate and finalize purchase agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms for buyers and sellers.

Prepare and present strong listing value propositions that emphasize the unique benefits you offer to sellers.

Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions.

Dedicate yourself fully to clients, working diligently to ensure their satisfaction and success in the real estate market.
Qualifications:-
Must hold an Active Real Estate License in California.

Must reside in close proximity to our Victorville office for training sessions and meetings.

Availability for a full-time commitment to work with both buyers and sellers as leads are generated.

Participation in a comprehensive 1-week training program aimed at ensuring success in the role.
