Heckenberg Realty Group is looking for a self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented second assistant. We are seeking someone supportive of our team's vision and possessing discipline, focus and high energy. This opportunity to work with a top-producingagent at one of the most prestigious firms in Los Angeles, Rodeo Realty. This position offers room for growth and opportunities to sit Open Houses.
Responsibilities:
o MLS listing, flyer, and social media management of listings
o Coordinate open house scheduling
o Create MLS searches for clients
o Follow up with prospects and leads from various sources
o Share contacts and help maintain a schedule with EA
o Sit inspections when needed
o Coordinate Showings upon request
o Accompany clients to showings when requested
- Marketing Duties
o Review photos
o Communicate with EA on new, upcoming, sold listings
o Get approval by Jimmy prior to any social media postings
o Attend to needed details of posts and flyers
o Coordinate open house marketing materials with corporate office
o Time manage postings
o Help with marketing materials for New Client Meetings
- Lead Generation
o Work closely with CEO to maintain lead database and cliental follow up, CRM maintenance
o Maintain E-Blasts for all listings and information
o Maintain follow-up with past clients and ask for reviews
- Required
- Active real estate license or working toward obtaining one
- Must have excellent time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication written and oral skills
- Technologically savvy MAC and PC user. Proficiency in Google Business Suite, CRM, MailChimp, Docusign, theMLS
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
- Beverly Hills, CA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
