Title: Senior Analyst/Associate
Location: Downtown Dallas
Schedule: Hybrid – Fridays from home
Compensation: $85K–$135K base (DOE) + 20% bonus + high-upside long-term incentive
Overview:
An established investment platform with a rapidly growing national portfolio is seeking either a Senior Analyst or Associate to support both acquisitions and asset management. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to deals, data, and decision-making, offering a front-row seat to institutional-level investment strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Dive deep into financial modeling and data analysis to support deal underwriting and asset performance.
Conduct market research, due diligence, and performance tracking.
Collaborate across teams to drive results and support strategic initiatives.
Develop materials that communicate investment strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
What They’re Looking For:
3–4 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or asset management
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (modeling is key)
Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
