Qualifications / Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate / Investment Banking
- Experience in: self-storage, small-bay industrial, multifamily, student housing, senior housing and parking is needed.
- Experience in Acquisitions and Asset Management is needed.
Job brief:
- Conduct in-depth research on potential real estate investments, analyzing market trends, property valuations, and financial models to support investment decisions.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate real estate assets, including pro forma projections, cash flow analysis, and return on investment (ROI) metrics.
- Assist in the development of investment strategies, identifying high-potential real estate opportunities across various markets.
- Provide support during the acquisition process, including the preparation of investment memorandums, deal structuring, and negotiations with stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the performance of current investments, ensuring assets are aligned with strategic objectives, and providing regular updates to senior management and investors.
