About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, developing talent acquisition strategies, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet our organization's hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create detailed job descriptions
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments
- Manage and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment metrics
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage the first 90-days of new hires experience
- Actively build a talent pool by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and internet sites that include social media sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport with viable talent
- Provide weekly status reports, maintain recruitment data spreadsheets that report recruitment outcomes, activities, and identify challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or in place of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience in employment recruitment.
- Experience in the full cycle of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Effective negotiating skills.
- Ability to travel between sites when necessary (less than 25%).
