Location: Brentwood, TN (On Site)
Salary: $65K - $70K base plus uncapped commission
On-target earnings in first year: $85K - $100K

About The Role
The Director of Sales is responsible for building and managing a book of business across a geographic territory. This includes developing target accounts and working with brokers. You will be a consultative seller, strategic thinker, and a relationship builder with a focus on driving both immediate and long-term revenue.
First 60 Days
Build a prospecting list of brokers, influencers, real estate professionals, and local employers
Understand the current member base and begin developing relationships
Learn available tools and systems to support sales efforts
Receive training on brand, products, systems, and messaging
Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts
Begin outreach and cold calls with activity tracked in Salesforce
Identify immediate opportunities and nurture longer-term prospects
Issue proposals and follow up on leads
First Year
Achieve a target of 25 to 50 new memberships per month
Identify short-term wins and long-term opportunities
Host tours for prospects across one or multiple sites
Transition closed deals into managed accounts
Leverage brokers and partners to generate new leads
Stay current on market conditions and new opportunities
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Represent the company in senior-level sales meetings
Lead internal account reviews and drive strategy

Experience selling high-value products or premium brands
Strong prospecting skills and ability to build a pipeline
Existing relationships with real estate decision-makers or brokers
Proven sales track record and ability to exceed targets
Self-starter with excellent time management and decision-making skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to sell consultatively, not just transactionally
Proficiency in Salesforce, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
