Contract Recruiter (8197)
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and driven Recruiter to join our team, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position. As a Recruiter, you will manage 15 active requisitions at any given time, split between faculty and staff roles. The ideal candidate will be someone junior in experience but highly motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will also have the opportunity to take on ad hoc HR projects and assist with various responsibilities within the HR team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment for both faculty and staff roles
- Sourcing and outreach to attract top talent for staff positions
- Assisting with ad hoc HR projects and general HR support
- Conducting new hire orientations on a monthly basis
- Providing "white glove" candidate care to ensure a positive experience for all applicants
- Collaborating with the HR team and being a flexible team player
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of recruitment or HR experience
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly on LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with system transitions or learning new systems
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
