Job Summary:
Bridge Industrial is seeking a Real Estate Development Intern interested in acquiring and/or enhancing their knowledge of Industrial Real Estate. Interns will be assigned long-term and short-term projects, day to day tasks and will also be provided with educational overviews throughout the course of the 10 weeks. Interns will assist and report to the VP of Investments and will assist with ongoing or new acquisitions touching on different fields of development including, but not limited to, site sourcing, underwriting, closings, project due diligence, and leasing.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Analysts and Associates in creating, reviewing & presenting Investment Memorandums to Bridge’s Investment Committee.
- Support the VP of Investments & Associate with deal sourcing and applicable analyses
- Support the Director of Leasing by tracking status of lease proposals & analyzing feasibility of prospective leases
- Pull information from Dealpath and other applicable sources to create Case Studies
- Maintain a comprehensive database of the leasing status of the entire portfolio
- Support the development & property management team as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Education in real estate investment, portfolio management, asset management, accounting, finance, and/or commercial real estate fields.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficient in all other Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
- Position will be compensated on an hourly rate of $20.00 less applicable withholdings as required by law.
- Intern will work M-Th from 9 -5 pm in our Miami office
