Mackenzie Stuart are partnered with a high-growth Healthcare Asset Management company who are looking for a talented Asset Manager to join their team.
Partnering with the Chief Investment Officer, you will maintain and strengthen relationships with current and potential capital partners, ensuring effective communication about community performance, growth strategy, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its capital partners, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding financial & operational performance, key developments and growth plans.
- Build and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual reports & presentations utilized for external reporting to capital partners.
- Collect and report on partner feedback to senior leadership to ensure alignment between partner expectations and company strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring their understanding of the company’s operations, growth, and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in annual operating and capital budget process including but not limited to the collection of financial data, identifying operational trends, developing budget assumptions, etc.
- Provide support to financial planning and analysis including daily / weekly / monthly, market and company level analysis (including comparison to budget and prior year), and key financial diagnostics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in accounting or finance or a related field from four-year college or university.
- 3-5 years of related experience within finance, asset management, or investment banking.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial statements and KPIs, financial modelling skills are a plus.
- Certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is a plus.
- Must have an excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment.
