Responsibilities
- Assist senior agents in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential commercial real estate opportunities.
- Support the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and presentations for client meetings.
- Coordinate property showings and assist in the organization of open houses and client tours.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and expand professional knowledge.
- Assist in the negotiation of lease and sale agreements under the guidance of senior agents.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
Qualifications
