As a Real Estate Closing Coordinator your mission is to ensure smooth, on-time property closings by coordinating all necessary documentation, access, and information between buyers and lenders. Your ability to move deals forward with urgency will directly impact the success of our investment real estate transactions. This position is responsible for handling the closing process from start to finish, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete. The coordinator will liaise with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise. By maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, the Closing Coordinator helps to ensure that transactions are completed on time and in compliance with all legal requirements. Ultimately, this role contributes to a positive experience for all parties involved in the real estate transaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented – you thrive on keeping transactions on track.
- Strong communicator – you can engage buyers, lenders, and agents with clarity and urgency.
- Experience in real estate transactions, escrow, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without missing critical deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience with closing software and real estate transaction management systems.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
