Progressive Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support operations at our office and fabrication shop. This role involves assisting with material handling, shop organization, and general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving materials in the shop
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the shop, office, and surrounding areas
Support fabricators and other team members with basic tasks as needed
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
Help load and unload deliveries
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior experience in a shop or warehouse setting is a plus but not required
Ability to lift and move heavy materials
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to take direction and learn new tasks
Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
