We take real estate to the next level by providing both agents and clients with the resources, technology, and marketing support necessary to reach their real estate goals. We are seeking a driven, engaged recruiter to work with our team and help find talented, tenured real estate agents to join our brokerage.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify experienced, licensed real estate agents as well as new licensees to join our brokerage
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with our company culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
- Act as an ambassador for Rogers Healy and Associates, promoting our company culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Project a positive image of the organization to agents, clients, industry, and the community.
Required skills/abilities:
- Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates
- Excellent social media etiquette
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships within the industry to identify and attract top talent
- Ability to set personal goals and consistently achieve them without direct supervision
Qualifications:
- Texas real estate license (preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales and/or recruiting experience (preferred)
- Client Relationship Management software experience
