Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Commercial real estate experience is a must – No residential experience will be considered
✔ A strategic leader who can drive operational excellence and optimize asset performance
✔ Strong financial acumen with 8+ years of property management experience
✔ Proven ability to oversee budgets, tenant relations, construction projects, and team development
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (CPM and/or RPA preferred)
✔ Florida Real Estate License required
