Job Summary:
As the Director, Human Resources, you will play a pivotal, hand on, role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals, foster a positive work environment, and attract top talent. You’ll lead initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and compensation and benefits, ensuring that our people practices support the fast-paced and innovative nature of IPH. This role will advise, collaborate with others, and coordinate activities related to recruiting, payroll support, benefits, compliance and other human resource management activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy:
- Partner with VP People to implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive high performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee development.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Lead and participate in recruitment efforts for key positions, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent in the highly competitive tech industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success and integrated into the company culture.
Performance Management:
- Work with department leaders to establish goals, monitor performance, and develop action plans for underperforming employees.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Partner with total rewards on compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive within the tech industry and aligned with internal equity.
- Evaluate market trends and internal data to recommend adjustments to salary structures and benefits packages.
- Recommend employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks that appeal to tech talent.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Collaborate in Policy creation, revision, communication, and monitoring adherence
- Develop and ensure HR policies and procedures that are compliant with legal requirements and align with best practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure proper documentation of all employment actions.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, advising the company on necessary policy adjustments.

- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives including in recruitment, creating a workplace that fosters belonging and respects diverse perspectives.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP designation preferred (or working towards it)
- Experience in the high-tech industry or a fast paced, innovative environment
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and compensation and benefits in the high-tech industry.

- Strong understanding of the unique challenges of recruiting and retaining talent in the tech industry
- Experience with Workday and MS Teams a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Being a pet lover is a plus
- Holds a valid passport is a plus (in the event of international travel)
- Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams a plus
