Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist located in Orlando, FL. The Leasing Specialist will handle day-to-day leasing tasks such as resident retention, customer service, and lease administration. Key responsibilities include interacting with potential and current residents, managing lease agreements, and ensuring resident satisfaction. The Leasing Specialist will also coordinate with other team members to maintain high standards of the community.
Qualifications
- Experience in Resident Retention and excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in managing Leases and Lease Administration
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in property management is beneficial
