O'Neill Healthcare North Ridgeville is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist/Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team!
This position will be responsible for maintaining resident files and be responsible for submitting to the home office for the payment of all facility invoices.
Additional Duties Include
- Prepare discharge summaries.
- Make copies of charts, as needed.
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Deposits of all Cash Receipts
- Processing Invoices for Payment
- Management of Petty Cash
- Perform duties assigned by Supervisor.
Physical Requirements
- Must be in general good health and demonstrate emotional stability.
- Must have a positive and friendly attitude when working with the staff and the public.
- Must be physically capable of sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, pushing and pulling, transporting, and fine hand coordination, sometimes for long periods of time.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must possess sight and hearing senses or use prosthetic that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 25 lbs.
