About the Role:
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to gain hands-on market experience while earning extra income. As a Property Management Showing Agent, you'll assist our team during the busy Spring/Summer season, conducting showings, handling tenant inquiries, and supporting our leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:- Show properties to prospective tenants, providing details and answering questions
- Create and manage online listings for available rentals
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and text inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule property showings
- Complete rental contracts and guide tenants through lease-signing
- Provide feedback to the property management team on leasing trends and tenant preferences
- Assist with administrative tasks related to property marketing and leasing
