Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute
We are growing and adding a Rental Agent to our Team at, H+H Jeep Dodge RAM of Papillion! As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers in securing rental units, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member with strong communication and organizational skills. (Pay $17.00/hour)
- Maintain Rental Fleet.
- Coordinate vehicle availability and work closely with the service and sales departments.
- Handle customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Check Customers in and out of rental vehicles.
- Schedule is Monday - Thursday 6:45am-3:45pm, Saturday 8:00am-1pm.
Qualifications - What You Need To Be Successful
- A clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred, but not required.
- Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
- Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
