Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our elite team in Del Mar, CA. As a Luxury Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams, you will benefit from high-performance technology, including an advanced CRM system, and individual luxury agent offices tailored to foster your success. You will also have access to over 70 classes a month, ensuring you stay at the forefront of industry knowledge. Additionally, one of San Diego’s top brokers is on-site Monday through Friday to assist with contract and compliance questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, delivering exceptional service and customized real estate solutions.
- Market Expertise: Remain informed about the latest trends, property values, and market conditions in Del Mar and surrounding areas.
- Property Listings & Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for luxury properties, including premium listings, staging, and high-profile promotional events.
- Negotiation & Sales: Guide negotiations and transactions, ensuring a seamless process from offer to closing, while advocating for clients’ best interests to achieve optimal results.
- Networking: Participate in industry events, expand and leverage your network, and enhance your visibility within the luxury real estate community.
- Utilize Resources: Maximize Keller Williams’ cutting-edge resources, including our top-tier productivity coaching program, advanced CRM system, and state-of-the-art office facilities.
Qualifications:
- License: Active California Real Estate License required.
- Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
